The Role
Sourcing Manager
Sourcing decides the margin and the reliability of everything downstream. You will identify suppliers across international markets, qualify them properly, and hold the commercial relationship once it is live.
What you'll do
- Identify and qualify manufacturers and suppliers across target markets
- Negotiate pricing, terms and lead times
- Run supplier audits and manage quality expectations
- Own supplier relationships once they are live, not just at signing
- Track category pricing and flag where the market is moving
What we're looking for
- Three or more years in sourcing, procurement or category management
- A track record of negotiating supplier agreements
- Comfortable working across borders, cultures and time zones
- Analytical about cost, risk and supplier performance
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing from Asian manufacturing markets
- Quality assurance or inspection background
- Willingness to travel
