The Role
Trade Operations Executive
Trade succeeds or fails on execution. This role owns the operational detail behind every shipment — the paperwork, the timelines, the follow-up — so that goods arrive when they were promised.
What you'll do
- Coordinate shipments end to end across import and export lanes
- Prepare and check trade documentation: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehouses
- Track orders and raise problems before they become delays
- Maintain accurate records across every active order
What we're looking for
- Two or more years in trade operations, logistics or freight forwarding
- Working knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation
- Highly organised, with genuine attention to detail
- Confident communicating with suppliers and partners across time zones
Nice to have
- UAE customs experience
- ERP or logistics platform experience
- A second language
